Pawan Adhikari
Pawan Adhikari, Managing Director and Co-Founder of Prayokta, is a fervent advocate for education with over a decade of experience in academia. His extensive involvement in teaching, combined with leadership roles in esteemed organizations, has enriched his approach to practical learning. Mr. Adhikari holds a Master’s in Business Administration from Kathmandu Don Bosco College, Purbanchal University and is currently pursuing a Master of Philosophy in Education Leadership from Kathmandu University School of Education.
Sandhya Acharya
Sandhya Acharya, Co-Founder and Advisor of Prayokta, is deeply passionate about societal inclusion and equality. With a decade of experience in the development sector, she has served as a community leader across various organizations, enhancing youth leadership capacities and working with the United Nations. Her diverse background includes roles as a Program Leader, Nepali Language and Cultural Instructor, and facilitator of international youth exchange and volunteering programs. She has played a pivotal role in connecting prestigious universities with development organizations in Nepal, fostering practical understanding and learning. Ms. Acharya holds a Master’s in Sustainable Development and is currently pursuing a Master of Philosophy in Gender Studies at Tribhuvan University.
